Stretch-n-Grow

The Stretch-N-Grow program is designed to promote exercise and wellness for preschool and early elementary-aged children. It assists parents and child care providers in developing good health and fitness habits in young children. The program is taught at child care facilities by our well trained Stretch-N-Grow coaches. Stretch-N-Grow Stars participate in weekly sessions, which include exercise, activities and discussions on health and related issues such as nutrition, hygiene, and safety. Stars have lots of fun while they learn to enjoy exercise and build good habits

Cheerleading Camp

Our clinics,taught by career cheerleaders, incorporate the fundamentals of cheering- arm movements, jumps, and a variety of cheers and chants that incorporate these skills- including a spirit dance! We come to your school once a week for 8 weeks. At the end of our 8-week camp your Cheerleader will perform at your school for a pep rally. Campers will receive a Free Cheer Shirt and pom poms.

Sports Camp

Stretch-n-Grow is excited to bring our Sports Skills Clinic to your school! Our 8-session clinic will focus on the skills and technique for Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Track & Field and have scrimmages! Whether your child is experiencing these sports for the first time OR enhancing his or her existing skills, kids will have a BLAST in this fun, non-competitive clinic. Campers will receive a Free sports campT-shirt.

Issues such as safety, nutrition, and self-esteem are emphasized during each session.

Each class
incorporates the basics of exercise...warm-up, endurance, floor exercise, stretching, and cool-down.

All instructors are professional and
certified youth fitness instructors.
