🏫 Delivery & Care
Shoes are shipped to your home within 7 business days.
Labeling: Once fit is confirmed, write your child's name inside both shoes.
Storage: Send labeled shoes to school; they are stored safely until recital to make sure they are ready for class!
Size Exchange & Return Policy
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. However, if an item doesn't fit, we're happy to help arrange a size exchange, subject to availability and the guidelines below.
Exchange Guidelines:

7-Day Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be submitted, and the original item shipped back, within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Stretch-n-Grow.

Stretch-n-Grow will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to size and inventory availability.
To Request an Exchange:
Complete our Exchange Request Form within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Once your request is submitted, you'll receive instructions for returning your item. Your return package must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship the replacement size directly to your home at no additional shipping cost.
