🏫 Delivery & Care
Delivery: Shoes are delivered to your child's school within 10 business days.

Storage: Send labeled shoes to school; they are stored safely until recital to make sure they are ready for class!

Exchange Policy: Shoes+ and apparel may be exchanged if not worn within 10 days. Shoes MUST be in original box. We cannot exchange shoes unless they are in the original box. Exchanges only. No refunds please. To expedite your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you please mail the shoes to our office: 3804 Indigo Drive, Plano, TX 75075. The new shoes will be delivered to your school ASAP.
